Villa Annabella, with a land area of more than 160m² is located about 2 kilometres from the famous Strip, and is situated 3km from the sea. The villa features a beautiful garden, with fully private heated pool from 3x6 meters. The villa has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The sofa bed in the living room can be used as an extra sleeping space for 2 extra people. This makes the villa perfect for a 5-person holiday! Below you will find some important details regarding this apartment. You will also find the prices at the bottom per season. The deposit is €500, and will be refunded immediately after the holiday. Frigo, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, vitroceramic hob, oven, boiler, mixer, grill, toaster, electric boiler, cooking pots, glasses and kitchen towels are all provided. Moreover, a washing machine, drying rack and drying wire are also available in the villa.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, and fans. Heating is of course also available.
