What our guests say
The photos are a true image of the flat, although they do not show that there's a second, small shower room with a hand basin and toilet. There are plenty of towels and although we did not cook, there were all kinds of appliances, pots, pans, glasses, plates, cutlery, etc. The TV offers many Spanish, British, Belgian and many other channels. The pool is very nice. Annie was most accommodating with our very late check-in and we thank her for that.

How far is the sea from the apartment?
The sea is within walking distance: after 50 metres you are on the beach of Cabo Roig.
How do check-in and check-out work?
Before you arrive, we agree on a time and meet you at the house for the key handover. Check-out works the same way. Leaving very early for the airport? Then you can leave the keys in our letterbox. A later check-out is sometimes possible on request, for an extra charge equal to one day's rent.
Is there a cleaning fee?
Yes, a one-off cleaning fee of €190 for Villa Annabella and €130 for Apartment Annabella.
Is there a minimum stay?
In most seasons the minimum stay is 7 nights. The booking calendar always shows the minimum stay and the price for your dates.
Can more than 4 people stay?
We recommend a maximum of 4 people, given the bedrooms. For each additional person we ask a supplement of €50.
How do I get from the airport to the house?
Alicante airport is about 45 minutes away, Murcia-Corvera airport about 35 minutes. You can rent a car or take a taxi, or ask us in advance: we can arrange an airport taxi on arrival and departure.

Our cleaning team works to a strict schedule to ensure the property is ready for the next guests, so timely checkout helps everything run smoothly. If you'd like to depart later, please get in touch in advance. Subject to availability, a later checkout may be arranged for an additional charge equal to one day's rental fee.
