Before you arrive, we agree on a time and meet you at the house for the key handover. Check-out works the same way. Leaving very early for the airport? Then you can leave the keys in our letterbox. A later check-out is sometimes possible on request, for an extra charge equal to one day's rent.

Yes, a one-off cleaning fee of €190 for Villa Annabella and €130 for Apartment Annabella.

In most seasons the minimum stay is 7 nights. The booking calendar always shows the minimum stay and the price for your dates.

Apartment Annabella sleeps 4 (there is a supplement of €50 per extra person). Villa Annabella sleeps 4, plus 2 on the sofa bed in the living room.

From Apartment Annabella the beach of Cabo Roig is only 50 metres away. From Villa Annabella the coast is a 5-minute drive (about 3 km).

Not at the apartment: shops, restaurants and cafés are a few minutes' walk away, and taxis are cheap. For the villa, 2 km inland, a car is recommended.

Alicante airport is about 45 minutes away, Murcia-Corvera airport about 35 minutes. You can rent a car or take a taxi, or ask us in advance: we can arrange an airport taxi on arrival and departure.
